About Us
Supporting the Hall
Friends of Kelbrook & Sough Village Hall
The hall is not a council funded site. The Hall and its resources are available to all the community without prejudice or discrimination in respect of age, creed, colour or mobility.
To continue to be viable as a community resource the Village Hall needs community support and is keen to welcome new volunteer help. Are you interested in supporting the hall and want to be involved in any of the following activities:
- Gardening
- Catering
- Publicity
- Organising or supporting Hall events
- Fundraising
- Websites
- Helping in anyway you can!
We need help so come and join us – Friends of Kelbrook & Sough Village Hall – and give a little bit back to your community.
The Committee
A volunteer executive committee made up of local residents of all ages and different walks of life has successfully maintained the hall for the last 30 years. The Committee raises all necessary funds to support and develop the hall on behalf of the community – new members are always welcome.
The Committee is non-denominational and non-political. It meets on a monthly basis to discuss fund raising and support for hall events, some of which are run by the Committee.
